That’s where he lives.

The weird old man? He’s just some local color.

He lives at the end of a dead end dirt road in a shack surrounded by trees and rusty metal machines. With five or six dogs running loose on the property, and maybe a goat or some chickens. This is the place locals bring things that need fixing. It is the house of the tinker, The next to last stop on the path of an object destined for the scrap-heap.

Tool Shed consists of a shed containing a crank driven weed-wacker, and landscaping.
